Not one single head was lost on the wife birthday!!!!

a surprised birthday party for the wife yesterday.

we had no idea about the planned party.. the kids (wife daughter and husband) really surprised the wife and i. sunday morning a. truck pulled up and started unloading tents, tables and chairs.

the son-in-law fired up the grill,.

A surprised birthday party for the wife yesterday. We had no idea about the planned party.

The kids (wife daughter and husband) really surprised the wife and I. Sunday morning a

truck pulled up and started unloading tents, tables and chairs. The son-in-law fired up the grill,

two young ladies busy setting up easels for artist's canvas, It was a paint party/birthday.

Each guest had their own canvas and instructions were given by the two young ladies, the painting

a cat. It was a amazing, the end results. My painting was abstract (that's what I was told ,LOL),

but most did well.

But I was sitting there thinking looking around at the guest, the grandkids and the joy on the wife face,

being a JW take all the fun out of life. And not one single head lost.

The elderly sisters are at it again.

awhile back, about a year and a half ago, when i was starting to wake up, i explained to my mom that when the circuit overseer is in town, they schedule shepherding calls after lunch, not because they care, but because they dont want to work door to door in the hot summer or cold winter.

and they know that a prepared call means some nice hot chocolate and cookies or some ice cold tea and snacks.

i remember her looking at me kind of funny so i ended the conversation and left it at that, and never brought it up again.

Tuesday news paper: California study: 1 in 5 over 65 live in hidden poverty.

More than 772000 senior adults live in hidden poverty. Many of them unable

to afford basic needs but are ineligible for government help according to a

new UCLA study. Many of our older adults are forced to choose between eating,

taking their medications or paying rent. Maybe I should send this to the WT HQ,

you think they may show some love with their senior members and break off a few

bucks or pay the senior members a little something for spreading the word.

having just come back from the uk and spoke with some witnesses to find out how my old congregation is doing, i realized i am now the age that my elders were when i was a kid.

and i wonder what the elders who are now in their 60s and 70s are thinking when they look in the mirror and an old face looks back at them.

many of the elders in my old hall are now retired.

create Adam from a handful of dust, like the Bible says, (ok maybe a bucket full). You see we have

blatant liars who are wrestling with these words in the bible. Nowhere in the Bible can you find a

verse that Adam was created by God from a handful of dust, (what is with this handful of dust thing).

While it is true that God created man from the dust of the ground, the phrase "handful of dust", is

absent in the verse, (here we go again with this handful of dust). It is conceived in the minds of you

perverts, ( ok I didn't call you folks perverts, Mr. E. S did).

Be that it may, the information in the Bible is scientific! Granting, without accepting, that there is such

a thing as a "handful of dust", whose hands will be the measuring hands for the dust that God will use

in the formation of Adam?WTH

People who cremate the dead have an idea of how much dust will be left of the human body. I am sure

it is not a sack of dust; but very close to a handful-depending on the hand that holds them. (sh---t this handful

of dust again). So I ask all of you , why is it scientific? God made man from the dust, and when we die we return to dust.

What about our bones????
